July 6th, 2008, Meredith turned 20 years old.
That's a lot of candles and a lot of love. Meredith's first birthday was three days after my son Jackie died. She and her brother Jordan have been a major part of my sanity the last 19 years. Happy Birthday Meredith.
Chris made her a vegan cake with a strawberry vegan buttercream frosting. It was yummy.

Happy Birthday Meredith! It looks like you had a good time with your vegan/earth friendly party. Emily and I made vegan sugar cookies and icing for her YMCA daycare class. The vegan theme was for one little boy really, the icing was great but the cookies were a bit strange looking.
Hard to believe that it has been 19 years already.
